Not only is Chev outstanding in the Show ring, he is relentless and a joy to have
by your side in the field. In August 2009, at the young age of 7 1/2 months, Chev exhibited his willingness and determination in the field by received a NAVHDA NAI Prize 110. Only 8 months later Chev and Biff were in the field again, gaining his Junior Hunter achievement award.
 His steadiness, determination, instinct, keen nose and drive continues to impress all who have had the privilege to hunt with him. 
Chev's hips have been certified
​GOOD through OFA.

Chev took to the Show Ring and Field at a very young age... 1 week shy of his 1st birthday, Chev entered his very first AKC Conformation Show where he took
​ "Best of Breed"! A Champion title was earned at the 2010 AWPGA Specialty Show in Dixon, CA and his Grand Champion title was earned in October 2012 at the AWPGA National Specialty held in Sioux Falls, SD.

Chev continues to be shown where recently at the 2018 AWPGA National Specialty held at the prestigious Purina Event Center in Gray Summit, MO,  Biff does an excellent job showing Chev at his finest... winning:
Best in Sweeps, Best Owner Handler, Best Veteran, as well as an Owner Handler Group 3 & an Award of Merit! 

Chev's even temperament, conformation and coat density make for a winner every time!

 
Biff has invested a lot of time with Chev as well as other Wirehaired Pointing Griffons and their owners.... all for the dedication they have in keeping this breed healthy, true and strong!!  
Chev turned 11 on ​January 15, 2020.
