Spring Litter of Baby Griffons!
3/25/15.......This litter is growing soo quickly!! Their eyes are open, they are beginning to hear sounds and they are a very vocal group already! Momma Lucy has realized that she needs to close the "buffet" for awhile, before these chubby puppies can't move! The puppies are wobble walking and starting to recognize toys and immediately detect when Momma comes around with their highly sensitive noses. These puppies are special to our hearts!!

updating regularly as well as not posting consistently with pictures.
I must confess that I have been enjoying these 5 puppies soo much.... I take pictures, however I just do not get them posted. They are ALWAYS
on the go and make me laugh so many times. Today was a milestone for them. They were introduced to their solid puppy food by having a 50/50 ratio
with the granulated food. They all did great. I'm sure we will see many more
teeth coming in with this new introduction. They all received their 1st pedicure
as well. They were great troopers with very little discomfort.

This boy was the 1st puppy born in the litter. He arrived at 1:02 am on March 7, 2015. He pushed the scale to 1# 0.2 ounces! He has his own unique markings and A LOT of them. Here you can see his sweet griff face!
4/19/15: We have named this boy Yeti. He is loaded with much energy and is very social to everyone. He has very low demands, that is IF his tummy is full. He is a very well rounded boy in personality as well as his body.

This sweet girl was the 2nd puppy born in the litter. She was born at 3:03 am on March 7, 2015. Her birth weight was 1# 2.2 ounces. She is the largest of the litter. She is showing off her mid back spot as well as a smudge on her tail.
4/19/15: Sweet Annie..... such a very loving girl. Lap time and eye to eye contact is very important with her. She will fight her own battle, however, this is something that isn't her favorite. Maybe that's because she doesn't want to hurt anyone with her size.... She's the largest in the litter right now!

This is the 2nd boy born in the litter which arrived on March 7, 2015. He was born at 5:25 am and his birth weight was 9.5 ounces. Although he may be small, he is very strong and determined... squeezing his way in for his fair share of the great supply of Mama's milk.
4/19/2015: Little Man....a very gentle, loving boy! However, he isn't shy about pushing every ounce of his weight. Very strong, curious and a heart breaker!!

This little girl arrived at 8:06 am on March 7, 2015 and weighed 1# 1.0 ounces. She has a spot on her head, a spot on her ribs, as well as a cluster of spots on her rump and tail.
4/19/15: This girl knows what she wants and when she wants it... that would be NOW!!! Very vocal and a bit of a drama queen. Maybe it's the "middle Pup" syndrome...

This final puppy arrived at 8:57am and hit the scale at 1# 1.8 ounces. She wasn't given any spots except for the one on top of her tail. What an adorable griffon face.
4/19/15: This girl is a people watcher.... she loves to be held and is in tuned with getting attention instead of playing with her siblings. Quite laid back except when it comes to eating... her nose is very in tuned whereby keeping her first at the dish.
