Purchase Information for the Prospective Griff Owner:
Lucy, Age 3
Our Invitation to You:
If you've done any research at all to this amazing breed, you've come to realize that Griffs are unique in all aspects. They are fantastic in the field, a pure joy to have as a partner in the blind... the "Gentleman's Hunting Dog!" They are also great adventure dogs, as well as gentle, loving family members. However, they also can build up a reserve of uncontrollable energy if they are lacking exercise, space, attention and love. As much as they love children, young children may not enjoy them as much while they nip at their fingers, snip at the bum-bums or tear the favorite shirt, skirt or shorts, let alone chew up that favorite toy, stuffed animal or barbie doll. A bored griff is a troubled griff. This breed is NOT for everyone. With that being said, we take our responsibility as a breeder seriously in choosing homes for our pups. Certain requirements WILL NOT be compromised. Prior to completing a questionnaire, I highly recommend you visit the American Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Association website. This website is VERY informative and very accurate. I also invite you to take the beautiful drive to our home in Fort Collins Colorado and visit us. Meet Lucy, Greta, Piper and our youngest, Poppy. Experience being around them.
It's a big decision adding a new member to your family.
Make sure it is right for you as well as right for the puppy!
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We would love to speak "Griff" with you.
Thank you for visiting our website.
